I am looking to purchase a doublewide to put on my land. My credit score is 550"s I have had no late payments for 10 months and have about 30,000 equity in my current property. Do any lenders take health problems into consideration. Any help greatly appreciated. I am in Pennsylvania. Also repo or new.
