Shult homes

Hello,

My husband and I are looking at purchasing a Schult, true modular home. It has solid 2x10 floor joists, 2x6 exterior walls, 2x4 interior walls and full OSB exterior wrap and 3/4" osb flooring. It also comes with 30 year shingles and a 1/5 year warranty. Does anyone know anything about these homes? Are they of good quality? I would appreciate any help.

Schult builds a good quality modular home. I am very much involved in the industry and very rarely hear of any problems with them.
