The Manufactured Housing Forums

I'm in the Bay Area, Northern California. Does anyone know what type of re-sale value I'd get if I sold a double-wide out of Sunnyvale or Mountain View locations? There are a few I am looking at to purchase but am first researching the process and am hearing they are not necessarily good on the re-sale value end. Can anyone give me an idea?
