Trying to contact the lister

Hi there im new to this but im needing help, in terms of contacting the lister.
after searching for our first home i found one that i really like and was keen to contact the person who listed the home, i have tried to call but get an answer that the number is no longer in service, so i tried to email - and im sure that the email was returned...im lost as what to do next or who to contact.
My husband and I love the place but its now seeming more like a big joke and we're not the ones laughing
The home is a pre-owned home

can anyone help?
