Hello, Greetings from Ohio.I have just finished my first month in this 1640sq ft 1999 Fleetwood Stoneridge and love it, I believe that I got it at a great price $72,500 sits on just over a little over half a acre the home is in great shape it has a poured walls foundation, I was reading in one of the posts about steel beems being questionable this house has steel beems both on the house and running oposite the foundation I got my mortgage from National City Bank at 6% is there a problem with this type of beem? and does everyone else feel I got a good price. The mortgage lender said that the appraisal came back at $99,000 the previous owner was about to loose it and filled bankrupcy and sold the house to me at just little over what she owed on her mortgage. Would love to here back from anyone. Kraig

There is nothing wrong with an I-beam frame...All HUD approved manufactured homes have them...You did get a great loan...As far as price is concerned...only your market area matters...If it is a decent deal for the area..then feel good...Take care of it and this home will serve your needs for the next 50 years or so...Good Luck with it.......

You might want to visit the book store here and look at the repair and upgrade manual..This would be a good birthday present for someone in the house......Have a GREAT DAY...

Thanks for the reply, I know when the structual inspector came I was present at the time he was telling me that FHA will not approve a house that had been moved thought that was interesting, I do have a contractor coming to check the back door out I want a standard door and storm put on right now it has a out swinging door with no window I think that is the only thing wrong with the house I want to change. The housing market for the area is outragous as far as prices are concerned just down the street is a house forclosed on about 90 years old no yard needs updates galore and is selling for 75,000 and not even half as big as this house.
