House plans all in one location for a manufacturer

We are just starting to look at the possibility of a modular home. Where can you get a book or listing of all the house plans that one manufacture makes. It seems that one web site has a few plans, then I go to another web site and it has the same manufacturer and different plans?

You should talk to the builder/dealer in your area...Most manufacturers have more than 1 building facility and build different plans in each...It would do you no good to fall in love with a NY floor plan and want to build it in TX...Your local builder should be able to help you with what is available in your area....Most quality companies will customize plans to your requirements...

We did all of our research on the internet in the winter/spring of 2003. Checked out all of the dealers that had parks/homes in the Florida area we wanted to be in. After that, we went to websites of parks and sellers of manufactured homes. They are the only ones that will show you manufactured homes - regular realtors will not touch homes that are on leased land and most in Florida are not on private land. Our goal was a home built to the 1998 (most recent) HUD and FL standards and we found a 2000 home that we love, but alas, illness is dictating that we part with it.

Good luck to you in your research.
