Mobile Home Park

I own a mobile home park with 19 park owned homes. I own the land and the homes.I am looking for a lender to refinance my park in order to pull out some cash. Does anyone know of a place to get this done ? I would appreciate any help I could get. Please let me know the names and phone numbers of any lender that might could help me out. If you know someone and you are not sure if they will but you know they do mobile home loans, please give me their number and I will call and ask. Thanks for your help.........Terry Ellis

The place for this question is at the commercial loan office of your company bank..Most lenders here are housing lenders and only do primary housing loans not commercial loans...Take your business plan...2 years of tax records..and current P&L for this year with you to save you future trips to the bank..All will be needed...
