We are thinking about a modular home from Holly Park, it is in there Holly-Wood models, we kinda like the 3br, 2bath, and one den, has 1456sq ft, and he said it would go around mid 70's. We kinda like it, but would love to hear from others about there quality.

we were thinking about the Model 812 Hampton
Does this price sound pretty good?

Finding land somewhat close that is not real high seems to be a challange, but luckily we have a realitor that is very helpfull and will see what we can do.

Another question I have is, other than the cost of having the basement setup, what other "hook up" fees, or permit fees, ect should we budget for?

Thanks in advance!

At one time (15 or more years ago) Holly Park was top of the line. Then things fell apart.
They filed bankruptcy and left a lot of customer high and dry. The produced some really bad homes for the past 10 years or more. Their real name today is Indiana Building Systems, DBA Holly Park.
Even though, I hear good things about them today, I am from the old school, screw me once, shame of you, screw me twice, shame on me....I would never give them a second chance.
