Right term for a type of house??

I wonder if anyone could help me a bit: I'm looking for information on the web about the kind of houses that are basically 100 % ready made; like, you just get the keys and the house is ready to be moved in.

What is the correct term for this kind of house?

Any building that is ready to occupy is called "Turn key". Type of construction doesn't matter. It just means that no repairs required, everything is top-notch condition, etc.

Anyway, I think that is the term you are looking for. However, if your inquiry is regarding types of construction, there are all kinds ... site built, manufactured, modular, mobile, etc.
