The program most cvommonly advertised as "first time buyers"..Which gives you crdit for alternate credit sources like rent..phone bills..electric bills and others is the FHA program...it is usually dealling with NEW..homes on private land...Do put your info in the find a lender section here and see if you find one who will help you...
