How to assess used value of home?

Is there a site that gives value of Home like Kelly Blue Book gives for Vehicles?
I am trying to find home/lot as first time home buyer purchasing on a shoe string!
Appreciate any advise. Looking in 200 mile radious of Orlando FL. Presently in Kennedy Space Coast area. Due to huge appreciation market value increase am not able to find lot I can afford.
