A/C Questions

Post by Ray Evans » Tue May 24, 2005 9:32 pm

After a year of looking on and off we are finally zeroing in on three choices for our home. We had a definite idea of what floorplan we wanted and were surprised how limited our choiges turned out to be.
Only three models were what we wanted, they were a Cavco, a Litchfield Villager
and a Redman being in range from 1875 to 2025 sq ft. Any major pros or cons on any of these.

We also were told that a heatpump unit installed outside is much quieter than the typical units that are usually in the bonus room. I understand that it would mean heating with electricity vs gas. We will be living in northern Arizona.

Thank You

You can get heatpumps that use gas as the secondary heating source.
