I have located a great buy on a HUD home in my area.. It is a 2002 manufactured home, 2128 sq foot on 2.552 acres w/ a creek. It is in fantastic shape and has upgrades throughout.. They are asking 46,900 on the property which includes a huge 3 car carport.

It is set per FHA standard but not reinsured for another FHA Loan.. Does anyone know of any banks that finance per these specifications w/ little to no down.. Credit
Scores are decent, 620 or so FICO and we also would qualify for VA financing.. I want to get my preapproval before bidding and would like to bid soon!

HELP!

Check your local Credit Unions, they seem to do most of the Manufactured Home financing in my area. Also there are usually banks in any given location who specialize in Manufactured home financing. Call a manufactured home dealer or two in your area, and ask them who does their financing. They should be happy to give you the information. It looks like you are probably in Utah, if you are, you could also contact Bill Johnson of the Utah Manufactured Housing Association at 435-789-5121, and I am sure he can line you up with someone. I also forgot to add, I rechecked my FICO's and they are
Equifax- 648
Experian- 636
Transunion- 582 ( I don't see why such a big diff, it showed medical collections I've never heard of)
