Hello!
2 months ago me and husband decided to buy MH instead of real house or apartment, so we started looking for a right floor plan and manufacturer and we find it - but then we find out some other problems. We live in south Chicago suburbs, in Aurora and for sure trying to find property or land where we can put the house - but there is a problem... everything that we find its only put the MH in mobile community or park and pay for lease. which is not what we want - we wish to have own land in our area for mobile home - but seem its just impossible here.

so we strarted looking for a pre-owned mobile homes with land, which is not so easy to find something good, most of the properties far from us.

Just ask advise, maybe someone already was in similar situation

I am very familiar with housing in your area..affordable housing nearly non-existant..This is the same formula as CA where homes in rental parks do very well...A nice well maintained park may not be soo bad.....Check them out well...keep up the quest...Goo luck
