Inspection of Use (2000) home.

Hello and Help: I am being told that once I make my offer on my new (used) home to the bank and if they consider accepting it, I have 10 days for inspection. How and who do I contact in the area to help me with this inspection. I am looking at a Palm Harbor and there are retailers of Palm Harbor in the Lakeland FL area. Would I ask them for help or are there other Inspectors???

Check the local phone book for residential building inspectors. In some parts of Florida this is done by licensed building contractors certified to do inspections.
