I have a Skyline DW, out of goshen, In. Quality is ok, although some common drywall and ceiling cracks. I have no major structural or functional issues. Inside the house, it feels mostly like a stick-built. We have a whirlpool tub, fireplace, 3 skylites, upgraded to the hilt. We paid $80k altogether, including delivery and taxes, excluding setup. I would say the quality of this home is above average.

The pressboard door trim is a problem in the bathrooms. Our daughter's bathroom door trim needs replacing already. I hear you should stay away from Novadeck, although at the time it was an "upgrade", but haven't had any issues, yet. These are common issues in all mh's.

The house has not been thru a hurricane or tornado, but was thru about 80 mph winds in a few storms. With the upgraded insulation, OSB, and Tyvek housewrap, it is dead silent. The vinyl siding is a little flimsy but I don't know if it can be upgraded as an option.

Skyline is VERY flexible with their options. They even allowed us to move the fireplace against a wall instead of in the corner, and add bookshelves. And add a second window off our bedroom.

Their support is top-quality, even though our setup crew was bottom-quality. They stood behind their work and came out whenever there were problems. There were initially about 20 minor problems altogether, but they fixed every one of them.
