Do you guys in the US have websites or brokers that you can sell your house or property through without having to pay agents fees?
I am looking to purchase a home in the US due to the success of my first book Change of Direction (available at Amazon).
I would like to know if there are any websites for peole who want to buy without the use of agents like the websites we have have here in the uk such as www.local-homes.co.uk where you can look at various homes etc wihtout having to do with agents etc.
I am thinking of doing a tour of the US and wanted to know if there was a website that showed me various proerties etc that i could look at and maybe make an offer on.
If there is such a website as local-homes.co.uk in the US i would love to find out about it.

Try the Nationwide Manufactured Housing MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE. The MLS includes listings BY OWNER, BY DEALER, BY BUILDER and BY FINANCE COMPANIES. The customized programming permits MH Shoppers to browse for the home of their choice. Listings are searchable by city, state, zip code, number of bedrooms and baths, manufacturer, year built and price. The MLS started as a small MH FOR SALE BY OWNER section. This was expanded in December of 2003, to a nationwide service offering free listings to retailers, park sales operations and finance remarketing departments. Today , hundreds of business participants, from coast to coast, have active accounts. With this level of participation from around the country you should be able to find exactly what your looking for in a manufactured home. You can visit the site at www.MOBILEHOME.COM/mls
