The Manufactured Housing Forums

Am interested in buying a manufactured home to put in a land lease community in the Kissimmee-St Cloud area. Have spent the day looking at Jacobson homes at model center in Saftey Harbor.They tell me factory orders homes are taking 6 to 8 months.Seems very long time. Am wondering about Homes of Merit homes and about there time frame? Also how do they compare to Jacobson, also what about Palm Harbor or Clayton? Are any of them up to Jacobson standards,how do they compare price wise?
Where are the Homes of Merit and Palm Harbor model centers, I live in the Clearwater ares now.

All plants in Florida are booked for months....PH and HOM are good alternatives...JAC is on of the best in the country...Good luck...
