Hope someone can direct me to a site that has a listing of all mobile home parks in the state of Florida and Arizona that are co-owned by the residents.

Have been reading the posting in your Forum and found them to be very informative

Thanks Neil, i think i have that web site, but have not explored all of it. I think i will also call them.

Looks like it is a fee based web site, but the amount is very small.

would like a list of resident owned parks in the Clearwater/Palm Harbor area which allow pets.

Dont over look the traditional communities likeRaintree Village, not far from your target area in DeLand FL.
