The Manufactured Housing Forums

I am interested in hearing from anybody in the southern arizona area that has purchased a Sante Fe manufactured home (the stucco sided), and if you have had any experiences with a good dealer in the area. I am shopping for a home of this nature, but since i'm from the midwest, this is a diffficult decision. Also, has anybody shopped at the Expo Factory in Chandler, AZ, and bought directly from this factory?
I have studied Mr. Eaton's books, and he recommends not buying factory direct. I'm sure this bit of advice is for the novice that does not have any experience with finish work. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
