Hey guys can you please my wife and I? We are just beginning to look at homes in the central VA area we have a piece of land already that doesn't need to be cleared just home prepped. We are wondering in "ballpark" terms what kind of money we would be looking at for a 4-bedroom Oakwood or Clayton with set-up and prep? I' m sorry for being so vague but it's a start...

The market is area specific and your best bet is to visit several dealers in the area and got a ball park. I can only speak for Oklahoma but prices are $35-$55 psf but that will be totally different where you are looking. Delivery and setup is normally part of the price of the home but concrete footers or a slab is additional.

I'm thinking about moving to a 55+ Mobile Home Village. I don't know where to start with a basic question let alone a detailed question. Some questions that have come to mine are: plumbing/ electrical problem, home owner insurance. I guess my question is - is it like buying a home and the above mentioned is up to the home owner to deal with. What other things should I be questioning / thinking about before I talk with managment. Thank You !!
