Does any retailer sell tripe wides? I am having a hard time find one.

What I am looking at is maybe finding one with two master suites or anyone hear of one being customized for this?

Palm Harbor and Karsten both sell very nice tripple wides and I am sure other manufacturers make them as well. I have looked at both PH and Karsten and they run in the mid to upper $40 per square foot, at least in our area. I know PH will custom and I assume Karsten will also. If you look at Karsten make sure you upgrade sub-floor to plywood or OSB.

What part of the country are you in...most manufacturers build different homes in different markets..Palm Harbor has a number of triple section homes..some areas they offer 1 as large as 3100 square feet...And they can be customized..

There are other manufaturers that build triple section in some parts of the country...Homes of Merit in Florida..Fleetwood in some of its plants...I am sure there are others..

Karsten just came out with a 3,210 sqft triplewide in Texas. Much more bang for your buck than in the PH triples (in Texas). Karsten has much higher standard spec's than PH (in Texas) and prices will be comparable. Where are you looking? I may be able to point you in the right direction.

Do you know when the floor plan for the Karsten triple wide will be available on their website? I've seen a floorplan for a 2720 K-31 that's supposed to be coming available, but have not seen it in person. Do you know where a model of this home might be available to look at. We're in the Dallas area.

Just make sure it is installed per the home manufacturers manual.
