Freight Charge

Buying a new home, being put on a rental lot, do you have to pay freight charge
Pricing is different in all areas of the country..Some areas quote homes delivered..set..anchored..w/ac..w/skirting and steps...
Other places in the country price a basic standard home with all of the above and options as separate items...
When shopping for prices you should be careful to be sure you are comparing all items that will get involved...
Of course..you are the only one paying money..no matter how the price is quoted..(included or a separate line item)..YOU are paying for delivery...
