Hi,
What are the restrictions on family visits in a 55+ Park?
Right now we are looking for a Mgf.Home in the Clearwater/Largo aera,but will have family visit from time to time...posible 2-3 week stay..
Can't see being away for 5-6 mo. without seeing our children and grandchildren!!

Most retirement communities welcome grand children visits..Some even have planned activities for you and the little ones...a few even have special facilities for the use of kids..

You will have to discuss this with the management of the park you want to go in..All have different rules and they must review the rules prior to you moving in..If the rules make you uncomfortable..beware..expect that they will be enforced...In this case..check other parks in the area..
