Patriot Prices

Post by Jean » Mon Nov 08, 2004 8:07 pm

We are looking at a Magnolia by Patriot. 1920 sq feet including the porch. Because this is such a nice home, but the only one the dealer has, and has not been able to sell it, I am wondering if the price he is giving us is in line. Any help will be appreciated. By the way, the price is 68000.00 before sales tax

I Have a patriot home . Check them out before you buy. My home is still not repaired . The state is trying to help but still not good . The state gave them 40 days to repair the home then they got a40 day extension and went over that. The work that was done was so bad that I have the state looking at it again. and found more wrong while they were working . If you would like to see some pictures send me your email address. I was told this home was one of their best . They told me they only have to repair to HUD code Also the repair man they sent tore my home up and broke things and they wont make him fix or replace them

What state are you in and what home did you buy. Was it from the Crystal Valley Plant.
