any advice or comments on a 1998 Peachstate 28x52 mobile home? Is the Peachstate a good home, for the money? How well built? any info would be welcome. They are asking 25000 for mobile only would have to move and set up. Looks very nice but know nothing about the mobile home business Thanks

This was the most basic of all the homes built in the low end market of GA....This home sold for less than 25K new...delivered with a/c...

And some folks here often talk about depreciation...none in this house..
