room additons

Can you add on rooms and do expansion jobs ie: bathroom in a premanufactured the same way you do on a sight built home? and if so are they just as stable?

There are a couple considerations when adding on to a manufactured home.
1. any addition must be independently supported (free standing) as MH are not designed to carry any additional loads.
2. If you were to add on a bathroom, the plumbing system again is not designed for additional fixtures. The water supply lines and drain lines to be specific.
It can be done, and done well, just maintain the indenpendence of your addition.
