Find out what a home sold for

We are looking at buying our first manufactured home and I believe the one we are looking at was purchased from the bank as a repo. Is there a way to find out what a home sold for or are manufactured home sales not like traditional home sales where it's on file as a public record.

Actually only real estate records contain sale price records...if the manufactured home was sold as a part of real estate the records just as any home on the same lot would be reported and publically available.....

If it was sold as a home only...there likely is no public record of sales price..although some areas might have info at the tax office...
