Indies or Deer Valley???

My husband and I looked at many homes and got down to these two - an Indies and a Deer Valley. My understanding from the dealer is that Deer Valley is new, so there is little info about them out there. Indies is not so new and there is even less info about them.

Does "anyone" have any type of feedback - good or BAD (especially bad) on either of these manufacturers and their homes?

We are dealing with 2 different dealers and I really need as fast of a response as possible.
