The Manufactured Housing Forums

We have started the process of purchasing a manufactured home in the Boise, ID area and are trying to estimate our total costs. Assuming no problems with slope, soil, long distance to connections and other special circumstances, what would be the AVERAGE costs to get the lot ready to receive the home, including connections to sewer, gas and electric, please? Am I correct in assuming that these costs are not usually included in the delivery/set-up costs included in the home price?

Is this on a lot or in a park?? I am in the Mountian Home area and we are purchasing a 5 acre lot with home, with well, septic, site built garage and driveway, it is costing us $127000 including house.
