lot prep costs

We have started the process of purchasing a manufactured home in the Boise, ID area and are trying to estimate our total costs. Assuming no problems with slope, soil, long distance to connections and other special circumstances, what would be the AVERAGE costs to get the lot ready to receive the home, including connections to sewer, gas and electric, please?
