Set up and delivery costs

Hello out there,
My wife and I recently looking to buy a mobile home. We are first time buyers so we looked at several companies and tons of homes and floor plans. We decided which home we wanted and we were going to go and get started on the paper work and what not.
The afternoon that we were going to go and start this a sellsman calls from lets say company X, different company than the house we decided on. We had previously looked at several homes with X and we ended up liking 2 of them, but the prices seemed a little high so we didn't go back. Well the salesman tells us that Company X told them to liquidate all models on there lot. Which is fine and dandy, he quotes us a couple prices on the phone and they seem like really good deals. So my wife and I drive up to Company X to look at the homes again and maybe put some money down. He tells us that one of the homes that he told us on the phone is apparently unavailable do to the contract that is on it. He said that it was an honest mistake. I say ok then we will strike while the prices are good and we will put money down on the smaller home and be done. The whole time we are asking about if the set up and delivery is included in price because we ran into some double talking salesmen that try and make you think that all that is included in the price when it isn't. Yes sir that is included, don't worry sir we will take good care of you.
Well we put the money down, start the paperwork for financing and all that. Three days go buy and the salesman calls back and tells us that he forgot to include set up delivery, hook up and AC in the price. When went up there the first time we first me the sales manager and he said that they were included in the sale price. When we met the General Manager he said that it was included in the sales price. So we didn't see any reason how it could have been overlooked or forgotten.
So now with all the above history above, we are still very interested in the home, but the set/delivery, hook up and ac sound really expensive. They want to charge 2500 for AC(unit and hook up), and 10,000 for set/delivery, skirting and hook up. So I ask this time does this include all the wire, pipe, holes that need to be dug, blocks, tie downs, skirting, etc. in this price? Yes it does the only thing you will need to do is move in. Does this seem crazy expensive to any one out there with any kind of experience?
Plus how do I know if I am getting a good deal besides comparing with other companies similar floor plans and prices? It is like buying a car nobody wants you to know anything about the pricing of the home.

Looking for any help/advice here.
Thanks in advance!

IF THE DEALER LIES TO YOU NOW...HE IS ONLY SHOWING YOU WHAT HE THINKS OF YOU...NOTHING....HOW CAN YOU BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT HAS BEEN SAID...WHAT KIND OF AFTER SET EXPERIENCE DO YOU EXPECT...BETTER NOT HAVE VERY HIGH EXPECTATIONS..

RUN..DO NOT WALK FROM THIS DEALER..

The whole clearance story was a lie from the beginning...

For a local delivery, THIS IS WAY TOO HIGH!
