I work for Oakwood Homes in Oregon. We have a lot model for display that is a little under 2700 sq. ft and has many upgrades. It is a beautiful home.

Palm Harbor built in NC and AL have a Gotham model...a 3116 square feet home and can be very delux with a 5 year factory warranty/protection plan...

In addition to Palm harbor, look at Ritz Craft, and Pine Grove. Great homes.

I bought a Redman, manufactured out of the Ephrata, PA. plant and it has been the greatest experience.
