custom MH to be placed on pilings.

I have a MH at a cooperative park in Collier County Florida, which is old and needs replacement. Regulations require that stay on the same "footprint" as the old unit. This almost rules out standard production models which will not allow me to optimize my ground space..
I want to have the home placed on 11 foot high pilings.
I solicit recommendations of manufacturers/or mfr. reps that I could consider contacting. They need to be conversant with local Code, and have flexibility in the design and manufacture of my structure.
I wiil be happy to benefit from any expertise offered.
