BANK HOLDING OUT

Can anyone give me some advise. Bank accepted my offer on a repo'd home on 09/09/04. Filled out sales agreement with mobile home broker and sent everything in..Closing is suppose to occur 10/11/04. Since then the bank will not return any call concerning the home. Went to leasing park to apply for admission and park management says they offered an amount to bank and still waiting on a reply and won't take my application. Now, bank won't reply nor will the park.. Should I get a lawyer?? By law, is there a time limit for the bank to contact me and have all paper work ready.. My broker is confounded, he is calling the bank constantly and received no reply.. I feel that something shady is going on.
