We're trying to find the best manufactured home

Hello,

My Fiance and I our looking to put a manufactured home on his piece of land. We are going to live in this home while we build our house. We are trying to find out what manufactured home brand is the best as far as quality. Or perhaps which has the best resale value. Any information on this subject would be greatlyl appriciated! Depending on how long you intend to live there should affect your decision. If it is for a short period look for a pre-owned single wide. Resale on any home that has to be moved will be tough and you will take a hit. You will lose less on a single than a multi-section because there is less to take apart and move. You might be better off looking at a travel trailor, might be small but would provide somewhere to live during the process and are you talking about you doing the building or having it built, time wise could make a big difference.
