Hi,
My husband and I are looking to buy land and buy a manufactured home. What does it typically cost to buy land, foundation, home and delivery? Can we do a purchase like this in Illinois?

If you go to mobilehome.net and check out the dealers in Illinois area just call around. Some do offer land & home packages.
