repo'd doublewide

I am about to buy a repo'd 1994 Redman 28x64. 3 bedroom, 2 bath w/ den. A wood burning fireplace in the den. We have gone over the home a thorough as possible. The bank is selling as-is for the low $20s. I have a serial number 12226368. How can I get a floor plan for the home and will it be expensive to obtain one? We have noticed some soft spots in the floor so we will be replacing it with plywood. We are concerned with where the wiring runs. You guys are fabulous, thank for creating this site...

I would guess that this home was built by Redman in Ephrata, PA. You should be able to get a floor plan from them free or next to free.
as for the wiring, probably runs under the floor joists, so just be careful, you should be OK.
