Manufacturer

I am thinking about buying a manufactured home and live in Oregon. Does anyone have any thoughts on who the best manufacturer is? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Karsten, Skyline, Palm Harbor, Fleetwood all have plants in Oregon. I'm in Washington. I currently own a 93 Skyline which I have been very happy with and have no problems. I just sold this home and have purchased a new Karsten from the Stayton plant. We took a tour of the plant and I was impressed with them. The only concern I keep seeing on here about Karsten is the Cresdek flooring they use. I have a friend who owns a Palm Harbor and it is very nice also. There are many good books on here that should help you in your decision. Good Luck
