Does anyone own a holiday home model 115 built to irc code would very much like to talk to anyone that has this home I live in las vegas and we do not have a champion dealer here .
I have looked at the floorplan and I do like it,its just that you get a whole new look at a home when you can see pictures are do a walk thru .
I purchased Randy Eatons how to buy a manufactured home I feel that it was money well spent,once you read it and you start to ask question the first thing they want to know is if you are in the business, frankly it kind of scares you as most of the sales people have NO IDEA of the product they sale

You are well on the way to a good outcome...

Since you did not see this home locally..and it is a modular home..you should first find out if it is available at all in your area..Modular homes are built to state specific codes and are not always available across state lines...
