Great forums.
I have a flat1.5 acre lot with septic and well already installed in LaPine Or. I have read Randall Eatons books and have read all the forums here. My problem is that I currently live in Southern California and am selling my house here and want to buy a MH for my Oregon land so I can move and live there.
I have to be here in Ca to show the house and only had four days to find a good MH dealer. It took two days travel time to get there and back so I really had two days. I went to PH homes and Fuqua homes. There was NO SALESMAN at either place!
I did get to look at the site models and grabbed all the broshures possible. I am looking for a 2000 to 2200 sq ft home. My wife liked the PM model 5v452e9 which is 2,082 sq ft.
After I got home to Ca I called the same PM store and asked to talk to a salesman, the girl on the phone said he was busy and would call me back if I would give her my name and number. I told her I was very serious in getting info on this model and alredy had land to put it on. Of course I didnt get a call back.
I also emailed the Fuqua store about a model that I liked with no reply after three days.
Does anyone in the Central Or area know of a quality MH dealer or manufact sales store who cares about selling to a serious buyer with CASH?
So far I'm still at square one with very little faith concerning dealing with professionals there. I'm afraid this is going to be a big hassle.
