Information on Windsor mobile home

Does anybody know about Windsor, I have found a 1985 Windsor 16 X 76 2 bedroom with a 2 rating in wind and insulation. Seems Really well built but I have not heard about this brand

Windsor was built by Zimmer homes. They went out of business in 1987. Windsor was considered one of the best brands of it's day. Very strong structure. Most windsors are built for 40# snow load and hurricane wind. I have known many Windsor homeowners and they were all happy with their home. Because of the home's age, I would advise having the furnace, water heater and all appliances professionallycleaned and inspected. This will give you some peace of mind, and save you some money in the long run. You might want to consider having the home inspected before you buy it by a home inspector who knows manufactured homes.
