Help: Good Manufacturers/Brands in KY

We are just getting started with this process. We are looking in MH as a home buying option, but don't have land or anything yet. We live in Kentucky and are wondering what Manufacturers and Brands are the best in our area.

I've been looking in the forums and see lots of posts about terrible problems with different brands and also ratings of top of the line companies. We can't buy the top of the line, but we want a sturdy, well built home that will last. We can spend around $50k to $60k.

What companies are safe bets?

You can buy top of the line...remember you are likely to be financing for 30 years...Candidly $50/mo in payment is about $10K in price...most likely a top of the line home will actually be cheaper to own with lower energy bills and maintenence...

Even at 50-60K you can get a reasonable size top of the line with only a few features....Price is...quality...size...features...
