Quality Comparison

Every person I've spoken with tells me something different. I'm looking for a well built home in St. Louis, MO area. When driving around parks, I see a lot of Bropfs, Redman, Claytons and Fleetwoods. I've been told by a re-saler that all are good. She recommended Patriots followed by Southern as the highest, the above four as a four-way tie, Sunshine below them, and avoid Chandelier like the plague. She also mentioned that Fleetwoods were made a little better than Southerns, but Southerns a laid-out a little nicer. Is this an accurate summary? At the moment, I'm looking very hard at a Fleetwood and noticed Larry in other strings REALLY doesn't them. Any advice and/or recommendations?

Fleetwood and Oakwood have web sites devoted to unhappy owners. Patriot is a good home and made in MO as is Fuqua in Columbia. Sunshine builds a nice home and has a good reputation. A re-seller will recommend what they have the most of so I would be careful with that advice. Look for the construction of the home not the eye candy because you can always change that.

Have you looked at HART ? I have sold them for 3 years & find them to be one of if not the best!

I was alittle concerned that they just sold out to Forrest River but that has been great! Alot of new changes & all for the best.....

I also carry MHE - they run a close second if you go with the Colonial brand. Check these out- you will be very happy with either of them. We just put a HART in Festus - we do go into St. Louis too !
