What can I get for $100K Max.

I have both books offered here, been to the Silvercrest factory, many dealers, and searchred the Better Business Bureau site. Just when I think I'm ready to buy I find more info and feel like I'm back to the start of my search.
I'm going to put the home on a piece of flat property that I own, in the the southern California desrert. I have $100K for the whole project. I would like a double-wide 2 bedroom/2 bath around 1000sq.ft. with the structural upgrades: sprinklers are required, set-up for a heat pump or central A/C,2X6 walls, extra insulation, tape and textured 2X? 16" OC, plumbed for both electric and gas, vinyl dual glazed windows without grids, 30 lb. roof loading with a 4:12 pitch, wired for ceiling fans in 2 rooms, larger water heater, 200 amp service and elongated toilets. I would like to put it on a full slab (permanent foundation) with about 36" of clearance under the home for ease of future maintenance.
I've given up on the 2X8 floor joists and would probably go with 3/4" Credeck instead of the 5/8" OSB (would like plywood if offered), 96"walls, upgraded sinks.
My choices are: Cavco, Hallmark, maybe Palm Harbor. The good dealer intown seems to be about $9000 more on price fro a Hallmark.
Can I do this for $100K or less?
I understand fees and permits vary, but from what I do know : electric-$5000, water-$5000, septic-$4500, cement work-$9000.
What I figure is that the home will have to be about $60-$65K. I haven't ruled out a single wide but don't think the neighbors would like it.
Need HELP Please.
Thanks
