ALERT!!!!! NOTICE TO NEW MOBILEHOME BUYERS!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A MOBILE HOME IN THE SUNSHINE MOBILE HOME PARK IN FALLBROOK, CA!!!! DOING SO IS AT YOUR OWN RISK SINCE THE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE CONDUCT OF OTHER RESIDENTS IN MOBILEHOME PARK THAT IS OFFENSIVE TO OTHER RESIDENTS!

The owners and management of the Sunshine Estate Mobile Home Park in Fallbrook, CA have not, and obviously WILL NOT, do their job by using their eviction ability on certain residents since the Sunshine Estates Mobile Home Park is totally out of control!

There is a disturbing and offensive attitude of some residents in this mobile home park which is going unchecked by the owners and management. There are numerous examples that can be found throughout the mobile home park, where the residents do whatever they want without retribution from the owners or management of the mobile home park. I’m not just talking about home and car stereos being played LOUD throughout this park, which they are, but the owners and management will do nothing about any kind of offensive and abusive conduct at all. This includes parties, and hanging out, that go beyond the 10pm curfew which is listed in the so called park rules which are obviously not enforced! A much more extreme position must be taken against residents by the owners and managers when the conduct of these residents is disturbing and literally very offensive. I believe this attitude is prevalent, since these residents have learned they can get away with any type of offensive behavior they want without any retribution from the ownership or management of the mobile home park.

It appears the owner and management will not actually enforce changes in the conduct, nor will they simply evict these unlawful residents who will not abide by California Mobile Home Residency Law, or the issued Sunshine Estates Park rules which they wrote! So, if the owners and management will not enforce anything and hold the residents accountable, then that’s that I guess, and all the rest of us law abiding residents will have to move out and sale our mobile homes to get out of a bad situation here at the Sunshine Park Estates Mobile Home Park.

Does someone in ownership or management of mobile home parks really care about their residents, and have the backbone to standup and evict BAD RESIDENTS?

Yes I am one, a mobile homeowner that stands up to what needs to be done. This is effecting the bottom line $$$ to each of us. I am currently in the process of finding "the right" resource with-in the housing authorties to take action. I have submitted letters to the owner and management of complaint and, I provided copies of my e-mail communications with such authorties to each. I informed owner/management that "action will be taken, the silence and lack of communication to resolve my complaints will not be tolerated".
We ALL know that numbers speak the loudest.....I am willing to be one to speak the loudest.
