I'm interested in purchasing a florida modular or manufactured home. On an average, how much does land or lots cost in the following areas Kissimmee,Orlando,St.Cloud,Celebration,Poinciana?

I would like to live in Central Orlando. How is the job market in Central Orlando. I live in NY and understand that I will be taking a huge pay cut when I move down there. I'm going to pay off my bills before I come down.

Are there any new plan subdivisions going on for new manufactured or modular homes in which the lot is included with the house. I do not want to live in a land lease community. I want to live in a community where everyone owns their own lots or land. Thanks
