Final walk through. How Picky is to picky

I go for my final walk through tomorrow. I have a Fleetwood entertainer. I have noticed that a cabinet is not level and molding does not match up. How picky should I get? Also, Do you have any ideas of other things I should look for that a first time buyer may not think of? Thanks in advance-Gail

Now is the time to get everything fixed that isn't right. You paid a lot of money for this house and you should get what you pay for. There is a check list in an earlier post that is extensive. I would hire a home inspector or an engineer that are familier with MH to go on a walk through with you. They can check things and make sure the setup and all of the equipment is correct, it may cost you a little extra to hire one but you are protecting a large investment for a small amount.
It is your money so make sure you get what you paid for.

Hi,

I recently purchased a new home and am looking for a check list of items for my final walk through. I noticed that in your previous posting you mentioned an extensive check list. I couldn't seem to locate it. Could you help me out and possibly send me the link or attachment.

Thanks.
Monica
