Beware of Fleetwood, Country Investments, Inc., Tulsa Mobile Tec, Jack Hoover

We bought a BRAND NEW 2004 FLEETWOOD ENTERTAINER from LENSE RAMEY, JR., dba COUNTRY INVESTMENTS, INC. in Keifer and Sapulpa, Oklahoma. He hired JACK HOOVER to pour the Foundation and put in the Septic and Lateral Lines for the Sewer, and TRAVIS WILSON, dba TULSA MOBILE TEC to do the Home SETUP. Either Mr. Ramey or FLEETWOOD HOMES of BELTON, TEXAS hired WESTAR TRUCKING (NOW BENNETT TRANSPORTATION) To deliver the home to the site.
The Trucking Company DROPPED our home when they delivered it (Wet Half) and drug the other (Dry half) through a ditch and down the road, because their hydralics weren't working. All of this is on VIDEO. Later we discovered that this had broken the ceiling, floors, tongue and groove of the plywood, plumbing hangers, Ceiling Joists, Kitchen Wall, Kitchen Cabinets, Sprung the doors on the Refrigerator Doors, Laundry room door, Front door, Patio door, etc. BUT they assured us that they would repair ceilings and replace the rest of it. If not we would have never closed on the loan!!!! Again, all this is on VIDEO.
Next comes the SETUP CREW, TULSA MOBILE TEC's TRAVIS and NEIL WILSON (who had recently been to a FLEETWOOD training school -- according to Fleetwood). They simply didn't do the job right!! They left out MAJOR IMPORTANT PIERS under 96 inch windows, left out piers under weight bearing stress points of 7100 pounds and another of 9400 pounds, they did not support the Mate line for a span of 31 feet!! (all these figures are quoted from FLEETWOODS own INSPECTORS, Mr. ROBERT PENA and Mr. DAN PATE) YES, that's right FLEETWOOD has sent their OWN INSPECTOR's out here TWICE (flew one of them in from another state!) and are aware of our problems -- YET WON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT, OR MAKE THEIR DEALER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS ACTIONS and the ACTIONS of the PEOPLE HE HIRED!!! ALTHOUGH... THEY HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING OUR MONEY!!!
The Fleetwood Service Manager, Mr. TED McKINZIE, cancelled our service order claiming we wouldn't allow service... WHEN ALL ALONG WE'VE ONLY TRIED TO GET IT THROUGH THEIR HEADS THAT WE WOULD HAVE ALLOWED REPAIRS, FROM COMPETENT REPAIRMEN !! But they kept trying to send the same Crew that did such a BAD JOB the first time!! Which by the way, we have allowed repairs on such things that just couldn't wait like the water main breaking, the toilet breaking, the showers breaking, the sink leaking, the Air Conditioner/Electrical Problems -- which are still not fixed after 6 trips and two Air Compressors, The Closet shelf falling three times, the boards falling from the ceilings and hitting us in the head, Mirrors falling off the walls, etc...
Keep in mind, we have 40 plus hours of VIDEO to back up EVERYTHING I've stated and MUCH, MUCH, more. (over 20 cracks in the ceilings)
