Homes of Merit, Jacobsen & More

Hello,
We going to purchase a Manufactured home and we have looked at Homes of Merit, Jacobsen, Fleetwood and Nobility. How do we know which is the better home to purchase? The layouts of the homes are very nice, but how do we decide if one is built better than the others? We own the land that the home will be put on and we are in Florida. Thanks to all.

WITH THE HOMES YOU LISTED YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THE MORE YOU PAY THE MORE QUALITY

Get Randy Eaton's book "How To Buy a Manufactured Home..." advertised on this site. We bought it, and used it to answer all our questions about different brands. Once we learned what questions to ask the salespeople and what to look for when we were inside the models, it made our choice pretty clear!!

Look for Structural Integrity first. All have good quality homes but go with what suits you better.I am partial to Homes of Merit as that is what we are in the process of purchasing. Very good quality and they will make any floorplan you want even from another home. Pretty much anything you want they will do of course it will cost you.
